Palisades is a 50 unit complex nestled in the heart of a beautiful coastal old growth area in NE Lincoln City, Oregon near Devil's Lake.

There are a total of 6 lovely buildings that were built in the 1980's and are well maintained by our staff (see map). We treasure our lush, natural, mature landscape and the quiet, sylvan setting of our condo community. Completely surrounded by natural habitat, we share our wooded environment with deer, elk, and squirrels. Palisades is a place we are proud to call home. For some of us, Palisades is our primary residence, while for many of us it is a vacation home - a delightful coastal getaway.
