Our condo community is located in Lincoln City, a small city on the central Oregon Coast. The city is nestled between the Pacific ocean and the Coast Range and has nearly 8 miles of beautiful beaches. The city is a short drive from the major cities in the Williamette Valley: 88 miles from Portland, 58 miles from Salem and 74 miles from Corvallis.

Throughout the year, we enjoy the mild maritime climate, with daytime highs in the winter averaging 50 degrees and in the 70s and 80s during the summer. The year-round breezes along our section of the coast make Lincoln City a wonderful place to fly a kite - and home to an annual kite festival. Surfing and kite-boarding conditions are also world-class. We enjoy fresh air and clean water and a relaxed pace of life.

Each year from mid-October to Memorial Day, residents and visitors can discover glass treasures in Lincoln City. Volunteers, called Float Fairies, hide nearly 3000 handcrafted glass floats along the city's miles of beaches, from Roads End on the north to Siletz Bay on the south.
