Maintaining Our Condo Community

 

Palisades condos Palisades has a comprehensive program for maintaining and enhancing the property value of our condos and the lush, green sylvan setting.

We have a proactive preventative maintenance program and have partnered with a general contractor, a landscaper, a property management company, and other professionals to maintain our property.

In 2025 & 2026 we embarked on several improvement projects, including:

  • Reroofing the last of our buildings (#3)
  • Residing building #5, sections of #3, #4 & #6
  • Installing a new map sign and reflective unit numbers
  • Sealing our asphalt driveways and parking areas
  • Creating a few additional Guest parking spots in front of building #6
